MSP 30.3 and MSP 30.4

This will cover the period 1 March to 30 May, orbits 2135 to 2174. It covers PP717 - PP729, and has manoeuvres in March (jsocweb has the latest timings) and the last few eclipses at the start (attachment on main MSP page).

PP720 will be used for the End-to-End test in preparation for power sharing, and PI teams are asked not to request single SC BM1s in PP720 if possible, to make the checking simpler and minimise the amount of manual checking needed.

Draft Bryant plots are attached, and also the pdf of the single SC BM2 sessions included.

The deadlines for input for MSP 30.3 and 30.4 (now known collectively as MSP 30.3) are shown on the main MSP page, including the opportunity to review the draft MSP30.3 plan. The deadline for comments on the draft plan is Noon GMT on 20 January 2014.
