3 This covers December 2016, January 2017 and the first part of February (before the eclipse season starts). It includes the three moon eclipse periods (29 Nov for C1, C3, C4, 30 Dec for C2, and Jan 2017 for C1, C2), and the last manoeuvres in MSP36 on 6 December 2016. The magnetopause boundary is available throughout the MSP segment and the Bow Shock boundary becomes available at the end of December. The priority is the inbound magnetopause boundary and 4-hour BM1 periods are scheduled for this. Two BM1 periods are included at the end of MSP36.1 to cover jet-braking around the magnetic equator. There is a long 5h BM2 period scheduled for the outbound MP boundary crossing, and other BM2 periods focus on the Equatorial Chorus (EQUA) and Dayside Outer Zone Chorus (DOZC).
