The MSP41.1 was updated on 17/06/2019 in order to accomodate the September eclipse season start, with some science operations changes.

There are manoeuvres on C3 on 16/07/2019, on C1, C2, C3 on 05/08/2019, and on C1, C2, C3 on 14/08/2019, for more information http://jsocwiki.rl.ac.uk/attachment/wiki/WikiStart/manoeuvres_mar2019-dec2019.pdf.

The primary BM1 science target at the start is the Cluster/MMS conjunctions in the magnetosheath and at the magnetopause and Cluster skimming magnetopause, followed by the neutral sheet crossings centred on C3/C4 with C1 and C2 being in the opposite lobes.

MSP41.2

MSP41.2

This segment covers the period from 06 September 2019 until 08 December 2019 (after the eclipse season) and has 130% data volume. For the eclipse season, the payload will be off on SC3 and SC4 during the period 31/08/2019 03:48:00 - 10/09/2019 18:00:00, and on SC1 and SC2 during the period 01/09/2019 05:14:00 - 10/09/2019 18:00:00.

This segment includes a moon eclipse on C2 on 28/09/2019, time of the eclipse 19:07-19:27, this eclipse is 'Power-Limited', with the CIS, PEACE, WEC and FGM instruments being off during the period 28/09/2019 17:00 - 28/09/2019 22:00. In addition, there will be no BM1 and BM2 modes allocated during the same interval, and no WBD operations during the interval 28/09/2019 15:00 - 29/09/2019 06:00.

This segment also includes a moon eclipse on C1 on 27/11/2019, time of the eclipse 22:03-22:53, the payload off time is tbd.

The list of the manoeuvres has been updated on 01/05/2019 in order to include the attitude manoeuvres in September 2019.

The primary BM1 science target at the start is the neutral sheet crossings centred on C3/C4 with C1 and C2 being in the opposite lobes, followed by the magnetopause crossings from mid-November.

MSP 40

The Bryant plot for this period, covering 2 December 2018 to 25 May 2019 (orbits 2903 - 2979), is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp-Dayside2019.pdf. This period includes a season of 'Short Eclipses' during late February and early March of 2019, when all the instruments will be switched off. For the eclipse season, C1 and C2 payload will be off for the period 21/02/2019 06:00 - 14/03/2019 18:00, and C3 and C4 payload will be off for the period 23/02/2019 06:00 - 12/03/2019 06:00.

There will also be "moon eclipses" on spacecraft 3 and 4 on 5 April 2019. On that day both spacecraft will spend about 40 minutes passing through the Moon's shadow. Thus we expect that science operations will cease for several hours around these eclipses, due to lack of power. These eclipses will take place when the Cluster spacecraft are around 48000 km from the dusk side of the Earth, so are not associated with eclipses seen from Earth. The instruments on C3 and C4 will be switched off for the period 05/04/2019 01:00 - 05/04/2019 23:00. In addition, there will be no BM1, BM2 or WBD operations on C3 and C4 between 04/04/2019 00:00 and 05/04/2019 23:00.

There are manoeuvres during this period, and a list is included here http://jsocwiki.rl.ac.uk/attachment/wiki/WikiStart/manoeuvres_nov2018-aug2019.pdf. From MSP40.2, the window which defines no-science data taking interval after the end of manoeuvre is shortened. The magnetopause is accessible throughout this period and the bow shock will be accessible from early January to early May.

Two segments have been defined for this period prior:

  • MSP 40.1 covers orbits 2903 to 2939 (02 Dec to 23 Feb, prior to the short eclipses season, 120% data volume)
  • MSP 40.2 covers orbits 2948 to 2979 (12 Mar to 25 May, after the short eclipses season, 130% data volume)

MSP40.1

MSP40.1

This segment covers the period from 02 December to 23 February 2018 (before the eclipse season). The magnetopause is accessible throughout this period, and the bow shock will be accessible from early January. There are manoeuvres on 17 December (C2 and C3), 16 January (C3), 25 January (C3), 12 February (C2) and 19 February (C1 and C2). For the eclipse season, C1 and C2 payload is off for the period 21/02/2019 06:00 - 14/03/2019 18:00, and C3 and C4 payload is off for the period 23/02/2019 06:00 - 12/03/2019 06:00. This segment has 120% data volume.

MSP40.2

MSP40.2

This segment covers the period from 12 March to 25 May 2019. The magnetopause is accessible throughout this period, and the bow shock will be accessible until the end of April. There are manoeuvres on 18 March (C1), 21 April (C3), and 9 May (C3). From 18 March 2019 manoeuvre, the margin for the payload off interval after the end of manoeuvre is shortned by 5 hours in comparison with the previous margin.

This segment also inludes "moon eclipses" on spacecraft 3 and 4 on 5 April 2019. On that day both spacecraft will spend about 40 minutes passing through the Moon's shadow. Thus we expect that science operations will cease for several hours around these eclipses, due to lack of power.

This segment has 130% data volume.

MSP 39

The Bryant plot for this period, covering 26 May to 2 December 2018 (orbits 2819 - 2902), is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3900_07_17.pdf. The peroid includes a season of 'Long Eclipses' in early September, when all the instruments will be switched off. Five segments have been defined for this period:

  • MSP 39.1 covers orbits 2819 to 2833 (26 May to 29 June)
  • MSP 39.2 covers orbits 2834 to 2846 (29 June to 28 July)
  • MSP 39.3 will cover orbits 2847 to 2862 (28 July to the start of the long eclipses on 1 September)
  • MSP 39.4 will cover orbits 2864 to 2889 (end of the long eclipses on 7 September to 2 November)
  • MSP 39.5 will cover orbits 2890 to 2902 (2 November to 2 December)

There will also be "moon eclipses" on 8 November 2018. On that day each spacecraft will spend about one hour passing through the Moon's shadow. These eclipses will take place when the Cluster spacecraft are around 100000 km from Earth (mainly in the GSE +Y direction), so are not associated with eclipses seen from Earth. Science operations will be limited around these eclipses, due to lack of power. The instruments on C1, C3 and C4 will be switched off for two days, from 03:00 on 7 November until 03:00 on 9 November. In addition, there will be no BM1, BM2 or WBD operations on these three spacecraft in the 15 hours prior to instrument switch off, i.e. after 12:00 on 6 November. C2 operations are less restricted: the instruments on this spacecraft will remain on during the eclipse period, except PEACE and WEC will be switched off for 3.5 hours, from 18:30 to 22:00 on 8 November. In addition, there will be no BM1, BM2 or WBD operations on C2 between 12:00 on 6 November and 22:00 on 8 November.

There are manoeuvres during this period, and a list is included here http://jsocwiki.rl.ac.uk/attachment/wiki/WikiStart/manoeuvres_may-oct2018-v2.pdf. The magnetopause is accessible at the start of MSP39 and at the very end, and the neutral sheet will be accessible for most of the MSP.

Note that the reference spacecraft for JSOC planning and commanding was changed at the start of MSP 39, over the course of orbit 2819. We change the reference from C1 to C3, as C1 will move far away from the other spacecraft in the autumn of 2018. So C1 was the reference at the start of orbit 2819 and C3 at the start of 2820.

MSP39.1

MSP39.1

This segment covers the period from 26 May to 29 June 2018. The magnetopause is accessible up to the end of this period. There are manoeuvres on 28 May (C1, C2 and C3) and 8 June (all spacecraft).

MSP39.2

MSP39.2

This segment covers the period from 29 June to 28 July 2018. The neutral sheet is accessible from early July. There are manoeuvres on 19 July (C3 only).

Note that the total data return was increased from the beginning of July 2018. It was previously 120% equivalent normal mode per orbit (allowing an average of 2 hours BM1/BM2 per orbit). From 1 July this is increased to 130% equivalent normal mode per orbit (allowing an average of 3 hours BM1/BM2 per orbit).

MSP39.3

MSP39.3

This segment covers the period from 28 July to 31 August 2018 (start of the long eclipses period). The neutral sheet is accessible throughout. C3 payload is off from 07:30 on 14 August to 00:17 on 17 August for a series of manoeuvres.

Note that the total data return is 130% equivalent normal mode per orbit (allowing an average of 3 hours BM1/BM2 per orbit).

MSP39.4

MSP39.4

This segment covers the period from 04 September to 02 November 2018 (end of the long eclipses period. The neutral sheet is accessible throughout. The payload on C3/C4 is switched on after eclipse season on 07/09/2019 at 00:00 and on C1/C2 on 09/09/2018 at 00:00. C3 payload is off on 26 September for the period 08:57-19:17 for a manoeuvre.

Note that the total data return is 130% equivalent normal mode per orbit (allowing an average of 3 hours BM1/BM2 per orbit).

MSP39.5

MSP39.5

This segment covers the period from 02 November to 02 December 2018. The magnetopause is accessible from late November, but most orbits have apogee in the dusk flank of the tail without intersecting the magnetopause or neutral sheet.

There is a manoeuvre on 27 November (C2 only).

Note that the total data return is 130% equivalent normal mode per orbit (allowing an average of 3 hours BM1/BM2 per orbit).

The Bryant plot for this period, covering December 2017 to May 2018 (orbits 2742-2818) is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3830_18_07.pdf. Three segments have been defined for this MSP:

  • The two major segments, labelled as MSP 38.1 and 38.3, cover the entire period.
  • MSP 38.2 was used to label a temporary release covering orbits 2785 to 2793, ahead of the completion of MSP 38.3. It has now been subsumed into MSP 38.3.

There is a season of 'Short Eclipses' (short duration) from mid-February to early March when we expect that all the instruments will be switched off. For initial planning we take this period as 20 Feb to 10 March (orbits 2777 to 2784) but this is likely to change slightly when ESOC confirm their detailed plans for this eclipse season. Two extended Planning Periods have been defined PP915 and PP916 to cover these eclipses. Magnetopause crossings will be accessible throughout MSP37, and Bow Shock crossings are available from orbit 2755.

MSP38.1

MSP38.1

This segment covers the period from 3 December 2017 to 20 February 2018. The magnetopause is accessible throughout this segment and the bow shock from 2 Jan (orbit 2755). There are manoeuvres on 14 Dec (C3 only).

MSP38.2

This was a temporary release covering the period from 10 to 30 March 2018. It has been subsumed into MSP 38.3 for the purpose of reporting on this wiki.

MSP38.3

MSP38.3

This segment covers the period from 10 March 2018 to 26 May 2018. The magnetopause is accessible throughout this segment and the bow shock until 9 May (orbit 2811). There are manoeuvres on 12 and 21 March on C3 only.

MSP 37

MSP 37.0: The Bryant plot for the template, covering May 2017 to November 2017, is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3700_08_18.pdf. Three segments have been defined for this MSP.

There is a season of 'Long Eclipses' at the very end of August and in early September, when all the instruments will be switched off. There are manoeuvres during this period, and a list is included on the JSOC website, covering 29 May 2017 to 21 March 2018. The magnetopause is accessible at the start of MSP37 and at the very end, and the neutral sheet will be accessible for most of the MSP.

MSP37.1

MSP37.1

This segment covers the period from 29 April 2017 to 15 July 2017, and the magnetopause boundaries are visible throughout May and the first half of June. There are manoeuvres on 29 May (C1,C2,C3,C4) and 11 June (C1,C2,C3).

MSP37.2

MSP37.2

This segment covers the period from 15 July 2017 to 30 September 2017. The neutral sheet is accessible throughout the period. There is the 'long eclipse' season from 26/08/2017 to 05/09/2017, when the PLs are OFF, and there are manoeuvres during this period.

MSP37.3

MSP37.3

This segment covers the period from 30 September 2017 to 3 December 2017. The neutral sheet is accessible throughout the period. The neutral sheet is available until late October, and plasmasheet crossings into early November. The magnetopause becomes available in late November. There are no eclipses during this period, but there are a few manoeuvres.

MSP 36

MSP 36.0: The Bryant plot for the template, covering December 2016 to April 2017, is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3600_18_08.pdf. Two segments have been defined for this MSP.

There is a season of 'Short Eclipses' (short duration) from mid-February to early March when all the instruments will be switched off. Two extended Planning Periods have been defined PP865 and PP866, each with 6 orbits. MSP36 ends at the end of April because there may be manoeuvres in May, and these will not be defined until the SOWG (in November) has decided the constellation needed for the next science priority (the dance goes on). Magnetopause crossings will be accessible throughout MSP36, and Bow Shock crossings are available from orbit 2594. There are moon eclipses on 29 Nov 2016 (C1, C3, C4) and 28 January 2017 (C1, C2), and a moon eclipse on C2 on 30 Dec 2016. There are some opportunities for joint observations during Cluster-MMS conjunctions at the inbound magnetopause boundary during this segment.

MSP36.2

MSP36.2

The segment covers the middle of February 2017 to the end of April 2017. The eclipse season starts on the second orbit of the MSP, and lasts for 10 orbits, during which time all the payloads are switched off. There is an additional eclipse on 8/9 March 2017 on C1 and C2, and RAPID remains off until after this final eclipse. The magnetopause and bow shock boundaries are available throughout the segment.

7 Feb: D0 periods are reduced in the period 11 March to 31 March

MSP36.1

MSP36.1

This covers December 2016, January 2017 and the first part of February (before the eclipse season starts). It includes the three moon eclipse periods, and the last manoeuvres in MSP36 on 6 December 2016. The magnetopause boundary is available throughout the MSP segment and the Bow Shock boundary becomes available at the end of December.

MSP 35

MSP 35.0: The Bryant plot for the template, covering June 2016 to November 2016, is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3500_06_18.pdf

There is a season of 'Long Eclipses' in late August when the instruments will be switched off, and two extended Planning Periods have been defined: PP841 and PP842 cover 5 orbits each. There will be neutral sheet opportunities and some Magnetopause crossings at the start and end of the period, but no Bow Shock crossings.

MSP35.1

MSP35.1

This covers June and July 2016, and the GI Foullon requests are executed during this period, around the magnetopause boundary events. Since these involve 5h BM1 periods, there will be no BM3 periods in those orbits. The priority elsewhere is the Plasma Sheet crossings. 10 May: The plots have been regenerated after the new orbit files were included, since the C1 perigee time changes significantly during June and July (new Bryant plots are attached). 17 May: The D0 period in orbit 2503 has been moved 1-hour further away from the apogee BM3 (new D0 list attached to MSP35.1 page).

MSP35.2

MSP35.2

This covers August and September 2016, and includes the 'Long Eclipse' OFF period. All four SC are switched off from 24/08/2016 22:09 to 02/09/2016 02:00, and C1, C3, C4 are switched off from 22/08/2016 19:24. The priority remains the Plasma Sheet and Neutral Sheet crossings. There are several BM2 sessions included, the AKR are on C2 and C4 so do not appear on the Bryant plots attached to the MSP35.2 page (they are listed in an attachment on the MSP35.2 page). In August the data volume is increased to 120%, after the eclipse season.

MSP35.3

MSP35.3

This covers October and November 2016. The Plasma Sheet and Neutral Sheet are still available, and towards the end of November from orbit 2576 onwards there are Magnetopause crossings. There is a moon eclipse affecting the C1, C3, C4 satellites on 29 November, from 05:50 to 06:39 (see JSOC webpage for off periods). Burst mode periods have been added for the Northern Cusp. The Bryant plots are attached to the segment wiki page and to the JSOC webpage. The data volume has been increased to 120%.

MSP 34

MSP 34.0: The Bryant plot for the template, covering December 2015 to May 2016, is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3400_18_06.pdf

There will be several Guest Investigator proposals executed during this time. There is a season of 'Short Eclipses' in February and March. ESOC has proposed that the instruments be switched off for the whole period, apart from EFW and FGM. There are two extended Planning Periods defined, to cover the OFF period: PP816 covers 8 orbits and PP817 covers 7 orbits. There will be manoeuvres throughout this MSP.

MSP34.1

MSP34.1

This covers December 2015 and January 2016, and there are manoeuvres for C3 during this period. The GI Bogdanova proposal reserves NM1 during perigee in 2423/4 and 2427/8 in December, and the GI Khotyaintsev proposal will be executed in January (using single SC BM1 sessions), when C3 and C4 are around 3.4km apart at the Bow Shock. The magnetopause is accessible throughout MSP34.1, and the Bow Shock becomes accessible in January.

1 Dec: The timing of the C2 BM1 requests on 5 Jan and 7-8 Jan have been updated, and the D0 periods on 29-31 Jan have been adjusted (new attachments on MSP segment page).

MSP34.2

MSP34.2

This covers February and March 2016, and includes the 'Short Eclipse' season. The payload will be off from 07:05 on 13/02/2016 to 21:30 on 05/03/2016. The GI Kadjic proposal will be executed during this MSP segment, and the GI Blanco-Cano long NM1 proposal.

UPDATE (6 Jan): The BM2 in orbit 2448 has been deleted, and a 2h BM2 period added to orbit 2447. D0 Periods have been adjusted. There is a Moon eclipse on 8 Feb (see website for timings).

UPDATE 2 (21 Jan): The BM1s at the inbound magnetopause have been removed, and some BM1/BM2 for the magnetic equator put and DOZC put in. NM3 and BM1 have been put in for C1 during the Blanco-Cano periods.

MSP34.3

MSP34.3

This covers April and May 2016, and includes the end of the Bow Shock crossing times. The satellites are manoeuvring further apart from each other in preparation for the GI Foullon sessions.

MSP 33

MSP 33.0: The Bryant plot for the template is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3300_06_18.pdf

There is the eclipse season in August, and the four Cluster satellites will be switched off for several orbits. This will affect PP792 and PP793, which have 5 orbits in each PP. There are manoeuvres in October and December.

MSP33.1

MSP33.1

This cover June and July, with manoeuvres during this period. It stops before the eclipse season. There will be a minimum of no-data-taking periods in June allowing the GI Dunlop proposal to get as much data as possible in NM1. In July there are several 3h BM1 sessions for the Neutral Sheet and some BM2 for the AKR.

MSP33.2

MSP33.2

This covers August, September, and the start of October. The Neutral Sheet is still accessible. The long eclipse OFF period occurs, with all satellites being off from 22 August to 30 August (and C1, C3, C4 off from 20 August). There is also a Moon eclipse on 13 September. In August there are some AKR (BM2), and later there are a few Inner Magnetosphere BM1 (one hour duration). There is a manoeuvre on C1 on 15 September, and on C2 on 1 October.

MSP33.3

MSP33.3

This covers October and November, and the first few days of December. The neutral sheet and plasma sheets are accessible, and the magnetopause becomes available towards the end of November. There is a moon eclipse on 12 November affecting all SC. The GI Bogdanova proposal will be executed during this MSP segment. There are manoeuvres on all four SC on 12 October (see JSOC MSP web page for timing), on C3 in November and in December.

14 September: The last few orbits have had BM1 removed due to lack of Ground Station visibility.

23 October: Orbit 2416 has the 3-hour BM1 session at the inbound Magnetopause restored. (Updated Bryant plot available on the segment web page)

MSP 32

MSP 32.0: The Bryant plot for the template is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3200_20_06.pdf

The release of MSP32 has been delayed due to the rework of MSP31.2. There are manoeuvres in December and January, and they will be included in MSP32.1. The proposed dates are: 29 Dec, 7 Jan, 15 Jan, 16 Jan, 23 Jan. MSP32.2 will contain the short eclipse period from 7 Feb 2015 to 7 Mar 2015. The are also Moon eclipses on 22 Dec (all SC), 20 Jan (C2), 18 Feb (C1, C3, C4), and 19 April (all SC). Philippe proposed BM1 sessions at the SOWG, these are on 6 Dec, 15 Dec, 22 Dec, 24 Dec, 31 Dec, 02 Jan.

The period of MSP32.3 has been extended, starting with PP769 (originally PP771) and so the deadline for PI input has been moved earlier.

MSP32.1

MSP32.1

This covers the period 29 November to 1 February. It includes manoeuvres, but stops before the eclipse season.

There have been some changes to MSP32.1, mainly due to WBD being able to use DSN and PV: Orbit 2271 04/01/15 BM2 runs from 0700-0947, Orbit 2277 17/01/15 BM1 replaced with NM1 and D0 deleted, for WBD DSN/PV, Orbit 2282 BS BM2 changed to BM1, Orbit 2283 30/01/15 PEACE cal inserted, D0 on 31/01/15 extended to 0100-1400

'UPDATE' D0 period on 28 Jan 2015 moved from 1200-2100 to 1300-2200 to allow WBD session.

MSP32.2

MSP32.2

This covers the period 1 February to 7 March. It covers the short eclipse season in February (eclipse times are on the website), and stops before the manoeuvres start in March. There are two manoeuvres on C3 in February (on 10 Feb and 16 Feb), and they take place during the eclipse OFF period. The GI Alexandrova requests will be executed during this segment. There has been a small delay in the deadlines. The PL OFF periods for the eclipses have been extended in most cases to include time for the no-data-taking period required to balance data fill limitations (90% during the eclipse season) - see the segment webpage attachment for the full list.

MSP32.3

MSP32.3

This covers the period 7 March to 29 May. There are manoeuvres during this period (see the JSOC website for the times http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/), and the GI Burgess requests will be executed during this segment, WEC and FGM will operate during the manoeuvres on 9 March (C3, C4 is on as normal because there is no manoeuvre on C4), 17 March (C1), 25 March (C3, C4). There is a Moon eclipse on 19 April for all SC, C2 remains on but the TX is off so there can be no WBD operations. There has been a small delay in the deadlines. There are some BM2 sessions on single satellites and on all four satellites, see the detailed page for the segment.

MSP 31

MSP 31.0: The Bryant plot for the template is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3100_06_18.pdf

There will be a long eclipse instrument OFF period in August, so there will be two 5-orbit planning periods. Details of the eclipse OFF periods are on the JSOC website. There will be manoeuvres during May and June, and the details are on the MSP webpage. There is a penumbral Moon eclipse on C2 on 26 June 2014.

MSP31.1

MSP31.1

This covers the period 30 May to 8 August, so it includes the manoeuvres but not the long eclipse season. See the dedicated page for details of the final version of MSP31.1.

MSP31.2

MSP31.2

This covers the period 8 August to 29 November 2014, and it includes the long eclipse season with an OFF period for all instruments. There are manoeuvres in October and November, and including them has meant that MSP31.2 has been updated (8 Aug 2014). See the dedicated page and the jsoc website for more details. http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp

UPDATE: BM1 on 20 November was on all 4 SC, but this conflicts with manoeuvre on C2, so the BM1 will be on C1, C3, C4 only.

MSP 30

MSP 30.0: The Bryant plot for the template is on JSOCweb http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/bryant_msp_v3000_20_04.pdf

There will be eclipses and manoeuvres during MSP 30.

MSP 30.3 and 30.4 have been combined.

MSP30.1

Single SC operations - see the blog about MSP30.1 released (on 4 Oct 2013) http://clusterplanner.wordpress.com/

PDFs of the single SC BM1 times and D0 (no-data-taking) times are available (see the attachments)

MSP30.2

There are eclipses during this period (see the attachments for details), and a moon eclipse on 1 March.

There are manoeuvres in January 2014 and one in February.

(See the JSOC web page for details of manoeuvres and eclipse OFF times, http://www.jsoc.rl.ac.uk/msp/).

MSP30.2 has been prepared and is available on the JSOC web page. There are many single SC requests as well as four SC BM1 sessions.

The single SC BM1/BM2 requests in MSP30.2 are given as an attachment on the wiki, as are the D0 (no-data-taking) periods on C1, C2, C3.

The Bryant plots for the draft MSP30.2 are given as attachments here, and are available on the JSOC MSP web page.

The Bryant plot templates and drafts for January and February are attached.

MSP 30.3 and 30.4

MSP 30.3 and 30.4

The two segments have been combined, and will now be known as MSP 30.3. The template Bryant plots are attached to the dedicated page, and there are more details there too. The draft MSP30.3 is available for review (see the dedicated page on the wiki for the attachments), deadline for comments Noon GMT on 20 January.

Following the SOWG (4-5 March 2014), the data fill has been restored to 115% which means some D0 periods have been deleted. (see MSP 30.3 and 30.4 dedicated area for details)
